Stringer by FalkeLab is in essence a free VST sample / soundfont player based on 5 different ensemble synths of the 70's (Eminent 310, Mellotron, Arp string ensemble, Crumar Performer, andKorg Trident). The Stringer VST plugin doesn't come with many features just an amplitude envelope and a filter, but the overall quality of the samples is good and the filter is smooth and works very well with the sounds.
