Versatile Vocoder Effect:

The Vokoder VST plugin by PiF Media is a vocoder effect that accepts the carrier signal from either an external source (a sample or an instrument) or from the build-in synthesizer. Vokoder features Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT) algorithm and two band-pass filters to achieve its sound, and it has a compressor in the output section to keep the signal level under control. Unfortunately the Vokoder plugin doesn't ship with any presets and the manual is in French only...
